Directions :
Clean and rinse chicken breasts then fill your pot 1/2 with water. Add in Korr seasoning (about 6 tablespoons) 2 roma tomatos, 1/2 onion , 3 garlic cloves and boil med/high heat for 35-45 min until fully cooked. (Shred when finished )
Peel outside layer off tomatillos then boil with 2 jalapeños and 1/2 onion for about 20 min. Rinse water out and blend with Korr seasoning 3-4 tablespoons. Add into a pot and simmer for 10 min. Microwave totillas for 1 min ,dip in sauce , and cook in light olive oil for 1 min. Roll shredded chicken in tortilla , add hot green sauce on top with queso fresco with crema on top and serve. Easyyyyy and VERY delish!!!
