Ingredients:Â
For the chili pork :
2 lbs pork shoulderÂ
4 cups waterÂ
1Â bayleafÂ
3 tbls California Chili powderÂ
2 tbls New Mexico chili powderÂ
1 tsp cuminÂ
1/2 cup flour or lessÂ
3 sleaves crushed fresh garlicÂ
2 tbls salt or more to your flavorÂ
For the rice :
3 cups long grain rice
1/4 cup oil less or more can be used this is my preference
2 garlic cloves
Chopped onion (optional)
Knorr tomate & knorr chicken to taste
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
6 cups very hot water
6 sprigs Cilantro
