1 large piece Ralph’s pre-marinated carne asada
1 red bell pepper, sliced in lengthwise pieces, roasted
½ medium red onion, sliced
Mexican rice recipe:
3 cups Jasmine rice
Corn oil
5 cups homemade chicken broth
1 tbsp. Knorr Caldo con Sabor de Pollo (Mexican bouillon)
4 large Roma tomatoes, diced
1 medium sweet onion
3 cloves garlic
Salt, to taste
